AnswerCoop solves those issues and automatically inputs the answer into Quickbooks.

Just mark your question in Quickbooks by typing AnswerCoop (or a term of your choice) in the category, payee, class, location, or customer fields.  You can even customize a question in the description line.  Our carrier pigeons will find the question and deliver it to your client.

Then you decide if you want to review your client's answer first or let it go straight to Quickbooks.  You, the Advisor are in control.

Your client receives a notice that they have a question.  They can simply choose the answer from  choices already in Quickbooks or they can type in an answer or explanation.  Any attachments in QB for the transaction are brought into AnswerCoop so your client can see them.  If needed, they can upload new documents and those documents will be attached in Quickbooks.

Your team can collaborate in AnswerCoop by marking transactions in QuickBooks Online for review. You can communicate with teammates within the Advisor Dashboard. Transactions can also be set to "Need Help" to alert the team when assistance is needed.
